Managing Director and facilitator Infantry Officer who has been an Instructor in Elite Army Training institutions and was imparting professional training to Officers and Soldiers. he is a visionary par excellence with an eye for detail and meticulous in his approach. The Officer runs an All India Facilities Management Services company since 1999 which helped him to interact and get an insight into the challenges of organizational behaviour and hence decided to start Bravehearts Institute in 2018. With the aim of helping corporate, government organisations and educational institutions for both individual and team development.
Col. T P Rajkumar
An Army Officer from the Infantry, he has immense experience in Sri Lanka operations. During his tenure with corporate giants such as HHT and Pegasus, he has trained over 12,500 candidates covering various fields. These include: Standard Chartered Bank, World Bank, FL Smith Ltd., DTRTI (IT Govt.), Hindustan Lever, Cognizant, HCL Tech, Microsoft etc.

With experience in conducting college to campus workshops, corporate leadership to team bonding, communication and team building, law of attraction, NLP for wellness and success.

Col CSN Jayadev
Colonel CSN Jayadev is an Artillery Officer wherein, he was actively deployed in Counterinsurgency and line of control operations in Kashmir, North East and Rajasthan borders.
